📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff supervision.,Ensuring high-quality food and beverage offerings that meet guest expectations and contribute to the club's reputation.,Providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service.,Managing staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure optimal service levels.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience.,Monitoring and reporting on sales, costs, and other key performance indicators to support business decisions.,Participating in club events and promotions to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably in a hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.,Proven ability to manage and motivate staff to achieve high service standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software is a plus.,Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,A valid work permit for Bali is required.
