📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all aspects of mining operations, including planning, execution, and compliance.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and contractors on-site.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our operations are aligned with our corporate objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale mining operations, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in the use of mining software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Surpac, or MineSight.
• Certification in safety management, such as OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices in the mining industry.
• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory framework governing mining operations in Indonesia.
