📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects and initiatives are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that all financial activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identify and address any issues or concerns that arise within the department, working to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business administration, management, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong understanding of the industry and the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, clients, and other stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
