📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process insurance claims for inpatients and outpatients, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Coordinate with doctors and nurses to gather necessary documentation for insurance claims.
• Resolve disputes and issues related to insurance claims, working closely with insurance providers to find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, including BPJS Kesehatan, Asuransi Jiwa, and private insurers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance regulations and policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
• Use SAP and Excel to track and manage insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout their healthcare journey.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless coordination between the hospital and insurance providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare or insurance-related role, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and policies, including BPJS Kesehatan and private insurers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for data management and analysis.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in resolving insurance-related issues.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
