📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the accounting processes, including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, vendor invoicing, and accounts payable functions.
• Conduct regular reconciliations and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support the company's growth and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
