📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage international shipments using systems like SAP or similar logistics software
• Process and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, payments, and receipts
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of customs documentation and clearance
• Track and manage inventory levels and stock movements
• Maintain and update customer records and shipping documents
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and clean driving record
