TRACE Abadi is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start right away. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.,Assist in employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
