📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the entire import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international import regulations and trade laws.
• Work with suppliers, customs officials, and internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient import operations.
• Monitor and analyze import data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate import processes.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on import procedures and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in import and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of import operations with overall supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international import regulations and trade laws.
• Proficiency in using import/export software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, customs officials, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex import processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
