📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and client interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of new sales processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in sales or account management (preferably in a similar industry).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
