In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Provide financial advice and support to department heads and management.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving financial goals and targets.
