📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.,Manage and train a team of commis chefs to ensure they meet the required standards of quality and efficiency.,Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed and maintained.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage and waste disposal.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu and customer requirements.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep the restaurant's offerings fresh and exciting.,Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and that any necessary repairs or maintenance are carried out.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.,Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with staff and management.,Valid food handler's permit or equivalent.
