Silver City Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance.,Lead and mentor junior IT support staff.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
