Zone Web Corporindo is looking for a Lead Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team of lab technicians. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians.,Conduct and supervise laboratory tests and experiments.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, GLP, GMP).,Proficiency in using laboratory software and data management systems.
