In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and a passion for the culinary industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation by supervising kitchen staff and implementing quality control measures.,Maintain excellent customer service and guest satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and feedback.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Lead and mentor a team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies for the hospitality industry.
