In your day-to-day, you'll use tools like SAP for procurement, communicate with suppliers via WeChat and Alibaba, and manage contracts with PDF editors like Adobe Acrobat. This role offers significant growth opportunities, with potential to move into higher-level procurement positions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese suppliers, handling all communication and negotiations.
• Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Manage procurement processes using SAP, from order placement to delivery confirmation.
• Coordinate with local teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Translate and interpret between English and Mandarin as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform procurement decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sourcing and negotiating with international suppliers.
• Experience with procurement software such as SAP.
• Knowledge of Chinese business culture and customs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
