📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the patient care area, following infection control protocols.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care measures.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Active and valid nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
