📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
• Assist with data entry and record-keeping using Microsoft Excel
• Support the team with various administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment
• Assist with customer service tasks, such as answering phones and greeting customers
• Support the team with any additional tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Fluent in Indonesian and English
• Flexible and willing to learn new tasks and responsibilities
