📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production of medical supplies and equipment
  • Ensure that production processes are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Monitor production targets and ensure that they are met
  • Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any production issues
  • Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Ensure that all production processes are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide training and support to junior production staff as needed

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Operator in a healthcare facility or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
