📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,Meeting and exceeding sales targets,Providing excellent customer service and support,Gathering and analyzing market intelligence to identify new sales opportunities,Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth,Reporting on sales performance and providing regular updates to management,Training and mentoring new sales staff as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in telesales or a related field,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
