In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for all employees in Bali.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Lead and mentor the HR team in Bali.,Provide strategic HR advice and support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in an international organization.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing a team and leading HR projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of international HR practices and best practices.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
