🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate planning and performance management, with a strong focus on financial planning and budgeting.,Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in financial planning and performance management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff members.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
