📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the department.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.,Lead and motivate the department team to achieve departmental goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage department budget and financial resources.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Develop and implement training programs for department staff.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
