📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Support the IT team in implementing and upgrading software and hardware.,Provide technical support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime.,Monitor system performance and security, reporting any issues to the IT team.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment.,Participate in system backups and disaster recovery processes.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in training new employees on basic IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic scripting knowledge (e.g.PythonBash).Experience with IT support tools (e.g.ServiceNowJira).Understanding of cloud services (e.g.AWSAzure).Basic knowledge of network protocols and security.Familiarity with common office software (e.g.Microsoft OfficeGoogle Workspace).
