📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.,Screen and evaluate job applicants, conducting initial interviews and assessments.,Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with interview panels, and providing feedback to candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including maintaining records and preparing reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
