📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation.,Oversee employee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring fairness and compliance.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve the work environment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry or company size.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
