Place Bloom Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer service best practices.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
