📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive client engagement and retention.,Analyze client data and trends to inform business strategies and decision-making.,Develop and implement account management plans to drive client growth and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing key client relationships.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
