Global Telecom is seeking a talented and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, and help to improve our overall quality assurance processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality.,Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, and help to improve our overall quality assurance processes.,Conduct thorough testing of software applications and systems to ensure that they are functioning as intended and meet the requirements of our customers.,Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure that our testing efforts are comprehensive and effective.,Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to improve our overall quality assurance processes.,Collaborate with other members of the development team, including product managers, developers, and other QA engineers, to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a QA engineering role, with a focus on software testing and quality assurance.,Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.,Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members of the development team and other stakeholders.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
