📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage and develop a team of store managers and staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to optimize profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
