📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and visitors.,Maintain and update the visitor log and guest book.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.,Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Assist with any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
