📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure we hire the best talent for our organization.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation, including salary administration and benefits administration.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HR practices and industry trends to ensure our organization remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
