📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer and company standards.,Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.,Mentor and train junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of pastry ingredients.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager to plan and execute daily operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating and executing high-quality pastry recipes.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
