Apotek Lestari Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Store Manager to join our team in Dili. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including operations, staff, and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of customer service,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive reputation,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new initiatives and programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the coffee or beverage industry,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines,Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
