📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
