📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize workshops and training programs in accordance with company objectives.,Coordinate with trainers and facilitators to ensure they are well-prepared for the workshops.,Manage workshop logistics, including venue selection, equipment, and materials.,Develop and distribute workshop materials, including handouts, presentations, and other resources.,Facilitate workshops and provide support to participants throughout the training process.,Evaluate workshop effectiveness and provide feedback to trainers and facilitators.,Maintain accurate records of workshop attendance and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in workshop coordination or training and development.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other training management tools.,Experience in working in a multicultural environment is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and customs in Papua Selatan is preferred.
