📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee inventory management using SAP software.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist in stock taking and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role in a retail or distribution environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and SAP software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
• Certification in inventory management is a plus.
