📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of enterprise accounts, including onboarding, contract management, and renewal processes.,Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and documentation.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to enterprise clients.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall success of the enterprise business.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account operations and customer success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in account operations, customer success, or a related field.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and account management best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with enterprise sales or hospitality industry is a plus.
