Here, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and tools, including PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software, CAD (Computer-Aided Design) systems, and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) platforms.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize production processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the smooth procurement and delivery of materials and components.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our engineering processes.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.
• Proficiency in PLM software, such as Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill.
• Experience with CAD software, including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Knowledge of MES platforms, such as SAP or Rockwell Automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
