📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the industrial and commercial sectors.
• Negotiate and close sales of forklifts, including new equipment and used units.
• Provide comprehensive forklift solutions, including rentals, sales, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product developments.
• Assist in the training and development of new sales team members.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial forklift sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and the industrial sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using sales software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating forklifts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in forklift safety and operations is a plus.
