📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement and inventory of medical devices, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely delivery to customers.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new products in the medical device industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to secure competitive pricing and product availability.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare providers on the use and maintenance of medical devices.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for medical devices.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in a product management or sales role.
• Strong knowledge of medical devices, their applications, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with medical device software such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
