📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Center Director in implementing and executing the strategic direction of the center, ensuring alignment with the overall goals and objectives of Edukasi Mandiri Pratama.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including curriculum development, class scheduling, and student enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with educators to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and community stakeholders to promote the success and reputation of the center.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the center, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations, policies, and procedures, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Participate in professional development activities and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in educational leadership.
• Represent Edukasi Mandiri Pratama at local and regional educational events, networking opportunities, and community initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in a similar role within the education industry.
• Strong knowledge of educational curricula, assessment methods, and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in using educational management software, such as PowerSchool, SchoolMint, or similar platforms.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent professional qualification in the relevant educational field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
