📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct operational audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in retail and consumer products operations.
• Analyze operational data using tools like SAP, Excel, and Power BI to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to operational teams to enhance their understanding of best practices and standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations auditing, process improvement, or a similar role in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Certification in operations excellence, such as Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
